Welcome to the wild pixel west! “Ricochet Rodeo” turns the cliché of grim western heroes engaging in deadly duels into a fast-paced party game for up to 8 people. In changing locations, you have to kill other cowboys to score the most points. To do this, you can either use your revolver from a distance, throw a few sticks of TNT or utilize your knife in close combat. A single hit is all it takes to send your opponents to pixel heaven.

As the title suggests, ricocheting bullets play an important role. In fact, all projectiles, explosions and interactions are physics-based, which quickly leads to a lot of chaos. The game mechanics of “Ricochet Rodeo” are quite simple, but the implementation feels polished. You can shoot dynamite in the air, use overturned tables as shields and kill your opponents from across the map by using the right angle.

Graphics and soundtrack are rather basic, but the game has the right amount of pixel explosions and screenshake to be fun. “Ricochet Rodeo” is a simple but effective party game. Absolutely recommended.

Most couch co-op games require one gamepad per player (DualShock 4, DualSense, Nintendo Switch Pro Controller etc.), but sometimes you can share gamepads (PS5, XBOX Series X/S), use a single Joy Con (Switch) or let at least one person utilize a keyboard (PC). Please note: We can’t guarantee that your specific setup works with “Ricochet Rodeo”.
