Rubber Bandits

A perfect heist is difficult to pull off, but here you also have to duke it out with your friends.

“Rubber Bandits” is a party game with wobbly characters and spongy controls that probably reminds you of “Gang Beasts” at first glance. There are six different ways to play. Among them are classic modes like “Free For All”, where you beat the crap out of each other until only one person remains. However, the heart of the game is clearly the “Heist Mode”.

The “Heist Mode” spans over several levels. In each level there is a select number of treasures that need to be stolen. Your goal is to steal as many of them as possible and bring them safely to the exit. But be careful: if you take damage, you drop all your loot. Furthermore, a large number above the characters’ heads indicates how much money they have already pocketed. Thus, successful thieves quickly become worthwhile targets and a wild brawl ensues, during which you can use various weapons.

“Rubber Bandits” is a hilarious party game for up to four people. It combines the wild brawls we know and love from games like “Gang Beasts” with a fun heist mechanic. If you’re into games like this, you should check out “Rubber Bandits”.

• Chaos quickly ensues due to the spongy controls and a large arsenal of weapons.
• Good level design with extra challenges and destructible environments.
• Once you leave the level with your loot, you can return as a cop and attack your enemies with a taser.
