Tricky Towers

This game proves: If you add gravity and magic to Tetris, things get a lot more interesting—and hectic.

“Tricky Towers” extends the concept of Tetris: You still need to place random blocks, that are slowly falling from the sky, on top of each other. However, blocks don’t disappear and need to be stacked more carefully. This can be very challenging, because all blocks are affected by gravity, which makes you regret every wrong decision.

Depending on the game mode you need to do different things: Sometimes you need to stack blocks as fast as possible, sometimes you need to be very efficient and sometimes there isn’t much room for errors. In theory, it’s easy to build a solid tower. In reality, however, things can quickly become chaotic. On top of the existing challenges, “Tricky Towers” also includes magic spells, that can be used to help yourself or distract your opponents.

“Tricky Towers” in one of our favorite couch co-op games of all time. It can be challenging or relaxing, and it’s a good fit for every game night.

• The game builds on top of a proven concept and adds some interesting gameplay elements.
• Building your tower can be challenging or relaxing, depending on the game mode.
• The gameplay is fun, both with 2 or with up to 4 people.

Most couch co-op games require one gamepad per player (DualShock 4, DualSense, Nintendo Switch Pro Controller etc.), but sometimes you can share gamepads (PS5, XBOX Series X/S), use a single Joy Con (Switch) or let at least one person utilize a keyboard (PC). Please note: We can’t guarantee that your specific setup works with “Tricky Towers”.

Remote Play Together (Steam) and SharePlay (PSN) allow you to share local multiplayer games with friends over the internet. Only the host needs to own the game. Remote Play Together is free. SharePlay requires a paid PSN subscription and is limited to 60 minutes per session and a maximum of 2 players.
